Why Be Curious? Nùo Vermentino transports you to a pristine beach on the island of Sardegna, with the turquoise shimmer of the Tyrrhenian Sea in front of you and, perched on a cliff, a crumbling nuraghe, a conical and rough-hewn stone dwelling from the Bronze Age. Vermentino is Sardegna’s most important white grape, and this one comes from Ogliastra, the most mountainous and least populous province in the region. Locals drink it unfiltered, and we want you to too. Sea salt, sage, basil, rosemary, cedar, with just a touch of fruit. Drink as an aperitivo on the beach, or wash down some fresh seafood or a hunk of Pecorino Sardo.
