Claudio Vio also produces, besides wine, a small amount of beautifully delicate Ligurian olive oil from his family’s one hectare of olive orchards. This is the olio that you use to dress fish and lighter vegetable dishes. We bring in a tiny amount each year; ask us if you’re interested in getting some.
